Welcome to Al Mawashi (Website or Mobile App), The owner and operator of Al Mawashi is Trans Emirates livestock trading, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) under license number 5224 with its office located at Expo Road Dubai in the UAE.

Order Placement

By placing an order through the application or the website, the User confirms the accuracy of all the information he/she provides. Orders are confirmed to the User within Service interface. No contractual relationship exists between User and Al Mawashi. Al Mawashi may decide for any reason whatsoever to not accept an order and to refuse to perform it. User may schedule the order for a selected time, date, week or month as per availability of Service.

Volume

In some cases, Al Mawashi reserves the right to limit the delivery quantity for products or, if needed, not to deliver a product at all as per the availability of the Products.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Al Mawashi agrees to supply products to the users where all details and products description and prices will be mentioned on the "Tax Invoice" and related documents such as "Delivery Form".
2. The payment terms in the website will either Cash on Delivery or Virtual credit according to the official agreement between Al Mawashi & corporate customer.
3. Customer has no rights to use labors, staff, machines, tools, vehicles, and stores of Al Mawashi without written approval by Al Mawashi.
4. Customer undertakes to receive the products that been supplied by Al Mawashi as long as it is in good condition and fit for his work, the received products will be the responsibility of the customer after receiving it and the customer has no rights to claim compensation from Al Mawashi due to spoilage of the products that been already received in good condition.
5. Customer signature on receiving the products either on the “Tax Invoice” or on the “Delivery Note” is a consent of buying these products and that he received it in good condition and Al Mawashi is not entitled to pay to the Customer any compensation for any loss happened from sale or spoilage of the products after receiving it.
6. In all case, Al Mawashi is non-binding to supply products to the customer and Al Mawashi is not entitled to pay any compensation of any damage happened to the customer because of products not been supplied.
7. Claim on received products are acceptable only within 3 hours from receiving it.
8. Claims on "Tax Invoices" and "Statement of Account" are acceptable only within 7 days from receiving it.
9. Al Mawashi undertakes to handle and store his products considering best practice accredited in the local Public Health and Safety department and not to implement any practice that affects the products’ quality or deceives the customer.
